2009 / From hot summer days to great joy
Spring shaped up very hot, nay summery. However flowering was a little capricious because the month of June suffered from a cooler weather before the return to excellent climatic conditions. Temperatures were unsettled due to a few cloudy spells in July. As for them the two last summer months were glorious, the month of August being decidedly scorching and September remaining hot so that the maturation was perfect. Intensely aromatic, the wines are flattering by their elegance, minerality, richness and ampleness. They have kept a lovely freshness which endows them with a very pleasant energy at the same time.
