Play around with flavours for Valentine’s Day

This year, chef, Nicolas Isnard, has gone all out to help you prepare a perfect Valentine’s Day, by concocting an original recipe to pair with a 2012 Chablis Village from the Domaine.
To tantalize your taste buds, he plumped for pan-fried foie gras, accompanied by wakame and citrus fruit.
This recipe is a clever fusion of opposing flavours that balance each other to create a harmonious whole.
