In mid May, William Fèvre is launching a boldly designed “I love Chablis” limited edition of its iconic Chablis wine.

Designed for restaurants, lounge bars and wine stores, the wine’s bold packaging creates a temporary break with the traditional codes of the Chablis wine region. Chiselled and refined, it perfectly expresses the minerality of Chablis and the avant-guard spirit of the Company.

The 2012 vintage has benefited from a traditional 8 months’ ageing period in small stainless steel tanks resulting in a lovely wine with a subtle bouquet of citrus, white-fleshed fruit and flowers, mixed with a surprising freshness.

Clad in a white sleeve, adorned with silver metal and UV ink that only becomes visible under ultraviolet light, this limited edition wine flaunts its personality by day and by night.
