It’s spring season at William Fèvre
It is very busy in the vineyard at the moment with plantations and soil preparation.
We planted vines in order to renew the vineyard on some of our Chablis and Premier Cru plots. They have been carried out according to the lunar calendar to provide the best possible conditions.
We also set up the anti-frost systems (spraying, heating cable, candle) and we apply biodynamic preparations and plants decoctions to fight against mildew.
