The 2016 harvest kick-off!
Harvest at Domaine William Fèvre started on Monday 26 September, with our plots of Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons and Grand Cru Vaudésir. Each plot of the wine estate will be carefully hand-picked and transported in small crates of 13 kg.
Last weeks rain helped in reaching a good maturity and vines are healthy.
